  • Travel up 15%.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong foundation in mechanical design principles and hands-on experience with electromechanical systems.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Experience with FEA tools (SolidWorks Simulation or Ansys).

  • Ability to select and integrate components such as motors, sensors, and actuators.

  • Knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal, plastics).

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Passion for robotics, automation, and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial robotics, automation, or material handling.

  • Knowledge of PLM systems.

  • Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).

Our Environment

  • Up to 15% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
