What we need
As a Tech Operations Coordinator, you will support the rapidly growing technology team by assisting with small-scale projects, providing administrative support, tracking milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, seamless execution. Your role will involve providing project updates, team calendar management, managing expense reports, and preparing various documents and presentations. To succeed, you should be highly organized with strong communication skills.
What we do
The Technology Team supports the software development lifecycle, defining, prioritizing, designing, and leading implementation and testing of new features within a fast paced, Agile environment.
What you’ll do
Support small-scale projects, including planning, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, seamless execution
Provide project updates and assist in preparing status reports
Provide administrative support to the team, assist in scheduling, managing team calendars, prioritizing meeting requests and coordinating events.
Manage expense reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies and processes
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role
Experience in technical or operations environments is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with expense management systems is a plus
Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week in office) based in Wilmington, MA office
Our Environment
Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
