Lincoln Sise is Vice President of Implementation, Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Symbotic.  In this role, Lincoln is responsible for deployment of new robotic systems at customer locations—from procuring and manufacturing across two factories in the US and Canada to construction, installation and commissioning of the complete system on-site.

Before joining Symbotic in 2017, Lincoln held various engineering and operations roles over a 14-year period at Raytheon. He was most recently the General Manager and Site Executive overseeing 40 diverse programs with an organization of 1,000 employees.

Lincoln has an MBA in operations management from MIT Sloan School of Management, a master’s in ocean engineering from MIT and a bachelor’s in physics from Bowdoin College.
