When does Symbotic post their internship and cooperative (co-op) program openings?

We will post open internship roles on our Open Positions Page in September.

Where are the internships and co-op programs located?

Our interns and co-op program participants work from a variety of places. Most of our opportunities require work at our headquarters location in Wilmington, MA. We do have some opportunities at our customer sites located throughout North America, predominantly in the U.S. We also offer a limited number of remote or hybrid work opportunities.

When do internships and co-op programs take place?

Summer internships begin in mid-May and run through early August. Co-op program participants work during the semester in which they are taking a co-op course.

What kind of work can I expect to do as an intern/co-op participant?

Interns and co-op participants work on real-world, active projects. The work may be devoted to a single large project covering most of their time with us or could be on a series of smaller projects. We work to ensure that our interns and co-op participants are integrated with the daily routines of their teams and get experience in all aspects of the work the team is involved in.
