Symbotic received a score of 95 out of 100 on the 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. We know there is always more work to be done and we strive to not only meet all the standards outlined by the Human Rights Campaign – but pave the way for what full equality in the workplace should look like.

For more than a decade, Symbotic has supported United Way and its mission to improve lives around the world to advance the common good.
