What we need
The Parts Catalog Specialist is responsible for developing, governing, and maintaining accurate, structured, and version-controlled product and spare parts catalogs across multiple customers and sites. This role plays a critical function in ensuring data integrity within SAP and PLM systems, enabling scalability, operational uptime, and effective reverse logistics. The manager collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, technical support, and operations to align catalogs with real-world product configurations, BOMs, and service requirements.

The Spare Parts team plays a critical role in supporting our customer site operations and the broader supply chain organization by ensuring timely delivery of the correct replacement parts required to keep sites running smoothly. Through close collaboration and proactive engagement with our onsite customers, the team drives operational excellence, focusing on delivering best-in-class quality, system reliability, and performance.
What we need
Build and maintain master and customer-specific parts catalogs.
Align content with BOMs, engineering changes, and field-serviceable assemblies.
Manage monthly catalog releases and change communication.
Partner with engineering, planners, and buyers to reflect current design and sourcing data.
Collaborate with field service teams on repair, refurb, and preventative maintenance (PM) kits.
Ensure material master data in SAP aligns with catalog structure and naming.
Govern attributes, supersessions, descriptions, and classification.
Perform audits to identify duplicates, UoM discrepancies, and incomplete entries.
Manage as-installed / as-maintained BOMs by site.
Coordinate with Program Managers on critical spare part strategies and inventory planning.
Utilize SAP (S4/Hana), Teamcenter, Jira, Excel, Power Automate and Power BI/Tableau for catalog workflows and reporting.
Maintain customer-facing documentation and technical catalog references.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product data management, cataloging, or SAP material master governance.
Proficient with PLM (Teamcenter preferred) with strong Excel experience; Power BI/Tableau and Jira experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail, change control discipline, and cross-functional communication skills.
Our Environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
