What we need
Exol Logistics is building a scalable, next-generation fulfillment network—and operational reliability is key to our success. As the Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the compliance and execution of our national maintenance program to ensure our facility operates optimally, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance infrastructure that supports our rapid site pace—from performing preventive maintenance strategies to coaching and leading team and vendor relationships across building departments.

Exol* is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.

What you’ll do
Align with and implement standardized maintenance programs across the Exol fulfillment center, including preventive, predictive, and reactive strategies.
Assist in hiring, leading, and managing site-level maintenance teams, creating a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage contracts and performance of third-party vendors and service providers.
Partner with automation, facilities, and operations teams to ensure all systems—including MHE, automation, and building infrastructure—are properly supported.
Track asset performance, system reliability, and maintenance KPIs to drive uptime and cost efficiency.
Enforce compliance protocols for safety, inspections, and maintenance recordkeeping.
What you’ll need
High school diploma required; a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles within logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence across departments and lead safety initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed; valid driver’s license required.
Our Environment
Travel could be up to 10% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
This is an in-warehouse role; you’ll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands.
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc).
