What we need
As the Site Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for owning maintenance systems, planning, and material readiness at the site level to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role ensures that preventive maintenance, work orders, job plans, and spare parts are properly planned and available so maintenance teams can focus on execution rather than administration.
You will serve as the single point of accountability for CMMS accuracy, maintenance planning, and storeroom operations at the site, partnering closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, technicians, and central maintenance teams to support uptime, safety, and cost discipline.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role critical to daily operational stability.

What you’ll do
Own and maintain CMMS standards and data accuracy for the site.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities in coordination with operations and maintenance leadership.
Create, maintain, and govern job plans, work instructions, and work order quality.
Ensure timely creation, prioritization, and closure of maintenance work orders.
Own the maintenance cage and storeroom, including organization, access control, and housekeeping standards.
Manage critical spare parts inventory, including min/max levels, cycle counts, and replenishment.
Ensure parts are kitted and staged in advance to support efficient maintenance execution.
Track parts usage, stockouts, and inventory accuracy within the CMMS.
Support maintenance execution by removing planning, material, and system-related delays.
Coordinate with vendors and central teams on parts sourcing, returns, and replacements.
Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements related to maintenance records and inventory.
Continuously improve planning, scheduling, and material flow processes at the site.
What you’ll need
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS coordination, or storeroom operations.
Hands-on experience working with CMMS platforms preferably IBM Maximo
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or automated operations preferred.
Startup or fast-paced operational environment experience preferred.
Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management.
Experience managing spare parts inventory and storeroom operations.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate across maintenance, operations, and vendors.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in an active, operational environment.
Our Environment
Onsite role based at the operating facility.
Ability to work in active warehouse and maintenance environments.
Must be able to comply with all site safety requirements, including PPE and LOTO procedures.
Occasional extended hours may be required to support shutdowns, PM execution, or audits.
