What we need
Exol is seeking a Director, OMS Digital Platforms & Experience to lead the digital design and strategy for Exol's Order Management ecosystem. You will own how OMS capabilities are surfaced across B2B portals, APIs, and internal tools. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, you are accountable for platform usability and digital coherence—not physical execution.
What we do
Exol* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.
*Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.
What you’ll do
Platform Strategy: Define the multi-year vision for OMS digital delivery via customer portals, internal service tools, and API/EDI touchpoints.
Experience Ownership: Lead the digital design for core OMS functions, including order capture, validation, orchestration visibility, and exception handling.
Omni-Channel Leadership: Drive consistency across self-service ordering and resolution workflows, ensuring a frictionless experience for both customers and internal teams.
Operations Enablement: Partner with Ops and Service teams to build high-volume workflows that reduce manual effort and improve resolution speed.
Analytics & Insights: Own the digital experience for OMS reporting, ensuring order performance and SLA dashboards are intuitive and actionable.
Design Governance: Establish interaction standards and error-handling patterns to ensure a unified user experience across the entire OMS/WMS/TMS suite.
Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary POD of UX designers, front-end engineers, and product contributors.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum 12 years in software/cloud engineering; 6+ years in a leadership role.
OMS Expertise: Deep understanding of order lifecycles, orchestration, and exception management.
Platform Skills: Proven track record leading workflow-heavy B2B or supply chain platforms in Agile environments.
Communication: Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and analytics ecosystems.
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation-first design.
Background in multi-tenant or integration-heavy environments.
Our Environment
Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $181,000.00 - $248,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
