Symbotic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Development Senior Analyst to join our SAP team. As a member of our team, you will focus on delivering innovative and scalable development solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, leveraging modern development tools such as ABAP, SAP Build, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will leverage your strong technical foundation, passion for digital transformation, and effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. What we do

The SAP team, part of Symbotic’s broader Information Technology team, is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of ERP Finance application processes and enhancements to meet end user needs.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enhance custom applications and extensions in SAP S/4HANA using ABAP, CDS Views, and OData services.

• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP Build Apps.

• Utilize SAP BTP services, including CAP (Cloud Application Programming), Workflow, and Integration Suite to extend and integrate SAP solutions.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, best practices, and governance policies.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and issue resolution for SAP applications.

• Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP development, with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA.

• Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, and Fiori/UI5 development.

• Experience with SAP Build and SAP BTP (including CAP and Workflow).

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Development or SAP BTP.

• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or other SAP cloud technologies.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $101,000.00 - $138,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
