What we need
Symbotic is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a senior member of the recruiting organization, you will lead complex searches, provide deep market insights, shape hiring strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role builds on the capabilities of Recruiter I and II by operating with significant autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders, mentoring junior recruiters, and driving initiatives that elevate recruiting excellence across Symbotic.
What we do
The Talent Acquisition team is part of the Human Resources organization which is responsible for partnering with Symbotic employees during the employment life cycle; starting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee general support. The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization by engaging, attracting, and identifying top talent into the Symbotic organization.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies across Workday ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks—building long-term talent pipelines, advising stakeholders with market insights, and creating scalable sourcing frameworks that support sustained hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth, structured screenings and interviews for complex and senior-level roles, serving as an SME on assessment of quality, calibrating with leaders, and proactively identifying pipeline or competency risks.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to shape hiring plans, align recruitment strategies to business objectives, refine role requirements, and resolve misalignment early as a trusted advisor to directors and above.
- Drive structured interview process with Hiring Managers and Hiring teams including sending interview prep emails, collecting feedback and facilitating debriefs.
- Own proactive, consistent communication with candidates at every stage—designing scalable candidate-experience practices, managing sensitive or executive-level situations, and representing Symbotic with professionalism and influence.
- Build and maintain long-term talent networks through strategic sourcing, market research, and ongoing relationship management, providing stakeholders with insights that inform workforce planning and talent readiness.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen Symbotic’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent aligned to immediate and future organizational needs.
- Lead offer strategy across functions, negotiating complex terms, partnering with HRBPs and Compensation, and closing high-impact talent critical to business outcomes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within Workday, contributing to data integrity and leveraging analytics to diagnose bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and support operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices in sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and candidate experience to drive consistency and elevate team capabilities.
- Lead external talent-engagement initiatives—industry events, conferences, associations, and social media—to elevate the employer brand and expand strategic talent networks.
- Use recruitment metrics, analytics, and market intelligence to assess process effectiveness, improve predictability, and make data-driven recommendations in partnership with TA Operations.
- Stay current on talent-market trends, emerging technologies, and best-practice recruiting methodologies to continuously advance Symbotic’s TA strategy, tools, and performance.
- Lead high-visibility projects and strategic recruiting initiatives that drive operational improvements and advance Symbotic’s hiring strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
- Proven ability to build trust, advise leadership, and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing recruiting team members.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple search priorities.
- Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Other Environment
- Up to 20% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
- The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
