What we need

Join our team as a Senior SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation. This role focuses on end-to-end testing across a distributed software ecosystem that integrates real-time orchestration, robotics, and customer-facing applications.

What we do

You’ll work in simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments to validate workflows and diagnose issues across multiple system layers.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end system validation across a multi-component, distributed software stack

  • Design and execute testing for integration, workflows, and cross-service interactions

  • Test within simulation, digital twin, and HIL environments

  • Diagnose and triage issues across application software, distributed services, APIs, and simulation or test infrastructure

  • Validate API contracts, data flow, and system behavior under load including latency, throughput, and resilience

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure quality across releases

  • Help evolve test strategy, tooling, and team capabilities

What you’ll need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in QA, systems validation, or integration testing

  • Experience testing distributed systems or multi-service architectures

  • Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and/or simulation environment experience

  • Strong debugging skills across multiple system layers

  • Experience with end-to-end and integration testing

  • Familiarity with APIs, messaging systems, or asynchronous architectures

  • Exposure to cloud-based systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in robotics, IoT, automotive, or industrial systems

  • Experience with real-time or highly orchestrated systems

  • Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or similar

  • Experience with performance and scalability testing

  • Exposure to test automation frameworks (tool-agnostic)

Our environment

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. 

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
