Internships & Co-Ops
Our internships and co-op programs give students and early-career professionals the chance to work alongside leading engineers, technologists, and innovators. They contribute to live projects, gain practical skills, and see firsthand how robotics and AI are transforming supply chains.
Many of our interns return after graduation, ready to hit the ground running and launch their careers at Symbotic.
Operations Development Program
Early-career hires are enabled through our rotational program to develop skills in different functions – from supply chain to operations and beyond. By gaining a holistic view of Symbotic’s automated system and site operations, participants build versatile skills, expand their networks, and accelerate their career growth within our fast paced, innovative environment.
Veteran Hiring
Veterans possess unmatched leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities that strengthen our teams. Our veteran hiring initiatives provide tailored support, training, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. We proudly partner with SkillBridge, a federal government program that supports service members in their final 180 days of service transition into the civilian workforce, helping to bridge the gap and support those who have served.

Community Engagement
Our community partnerships support STEM education, workforce development, and local organizations, allowing us to back where we live and work. Through a variety of charitable and volunteer initiatives – including partnerships in Stem education, workforce, developments, with robotics clubs and the Museum of Science in Boston – we empower the next generation of innovators and strengthen our neighborhoods.
Industry Influence
Through alliances with technology leaders, we integrate the best tools, platforms, and systems to keep our solutions at the forefront of robotics and AI innovation. We maintain our industry leadership by sponsoring and participating in some of the most reputable robotics conferences in the world, such as ICRA and IROS. Our involvement with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) as well as the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC), allows us to connect with and tap into communities of exceptional talent. By networking and sharing our findings with other industry leaders working on cutting-edge technologies, we accelerate our advancements to meet the needs of the future.
