Staff SQA Engineer

ROLES: 

Join our dynamic QA team as a Staff SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation and logistics software. In collaboration with US leadership team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies that upload the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• In collaboration with US leadership team, define comprehensive QA strategies for cutting edge warehouse automation and logistics software systems 

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage throughout the software lifecycle 

• Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines 

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in simulated environments 

• Coordinate work for offshore SQA teams and align testing efforts with business objectives 

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices • Manage defect lifecycle and prioritize issues effectively 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software QA or related domain 

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle 

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java) 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices • Excellent analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks  

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) 

• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs • Exposure to performance and security testing 

• Passion for quality and continuous learning
