What we need
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Operations (Supply Chain) Finance team within our Finance Organization. This is a fast-paced role, offering exposure across a wide variety of business activities. In this position, you will be responsible for supply chain expense forecasting, tariff forecasting, evaluation of supplier bids, cost savings analysis, M&A modeling, variance analysis & explanation, and involvement with ad-hoc projects. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Operations Finance.
What we do
The Financial Planning and Analysis team is part of the Finance organization which is responsible for financial reporting requirements, various weekly and monthly reporting, preparation of Management Review Packages, investor relations support, business forecasting, M&A modeling, and involvement with ad-hoc projects.
What you’ll do
Partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to support contract evaluation and cost savings initiatives
Develop and update financial operating dashboards by commodity to report/review key metrics with supply chain leaders
Assist in updating financial forecasts to reflect changes in supply chain operations
Demonstrate advanced financial modeling skills, be proactive and work independently with the different teams while leveraging and expanding a diverse team of embedded analysts.
Work with key stakeholders and finance team members to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial planning process, assumptions, and results.
Project reporting on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variances.
Aid in projects complying with governance, project delivery processes and project reporting standards.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of financial analyst experience.
Strong interpersonal skills - effective business partner
Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical, and abstract reasoning skills.
Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, and deliver quality results within tight time constraints.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment that requires rapid learning, multitasking, and prioritization of deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Hybrid position based in Wilmington, MA office (2 days a week)
Our Environment:
Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis

The base range for this position in the posted location is $101,000.00 - $151,000.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
