Summary:
Join our dynamic QA team as a Senior SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation and
logistics software. In collaboration with US leadership team, you will work closely with
cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies that upload the highest
standards of quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.

cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies that upload the highest
standards of quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with US leadership team, define comprehensive QA
strategies for cutting edge warehouse automation and logistics software
systems - Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage throughout the software lifecycle
- Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance
testing efficiency and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines - Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in
simulated environments - Coordinate work for offshore SQA teams and align testing efforts with
business objectives - Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
- Manage defect lifecycle and prioritize issues effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software QA or related domain
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development
lifecycle - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#,
Java) - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g.,
Kubernetes, Docker) - Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs
- Exposure to performance and security testing
- Passion for quality and continuous learning
