What we need
Symbotic is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, at tracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s continued growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What you'll do
Lead sourcing efforts across Workday ATS, job boards, social platforms, professional communities, and referrals—designing targeted sourcing strategies for complex roles, conducting market research, and coaching others on best-practice sourcing techniques.
Conduct in-depth, structured screenings and interviews to independently evaluate complex candidate profiles, assess technical and behavioral competencies, and coach peers on consistent, evidence-based evaluation practices.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align role expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies—raising risks early and building trusted advisory relationships.
Drive structured interview process with Hiring Managers and Hiring teams including sending interview prep emails, collecting feedback, and facilitating debriefs.
Maintain strong, timely, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, owning the end-to-end candidate experience, building rapport, and anticipating potential blockers.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that attract high-quality, diverse talent and strengthen Symbotic’s employer brand, while aligning messaging to strategic talent needs and market insights.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in Workday, serving as an expert user who guides others, leverages data to diagnose bottlenecks, and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Represent Symbotic in Vietnam strengthening brand visibility and cultivating strategic pipelines aligned with organizational priorities.
Stay current on industry trends, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices; recommend and champion optimizations that drive scalable, efficient, and high-impact Talent Acquisition operations.
Lead or support special projects, pilots, and recruiting initiatives that build Talent Acquisition capability, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and drive improvements in operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence candidates, peers, and cross-functional business partners.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
Our Environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
